Terms of Service
Effective: October 21, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Tikna Entertainment, LLC ("we"), which operates ArtistFlock and everything provided through it (the "service"). If you create an ArtistFlock account, all of these terms apply to you, and you agree to them by creating it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We have not launched in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland yet, so we do not open new accounts there for now. If you use the service without an account, clauses 9 to 12 and 14 apply to you, and you agree to them by using the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the music, artwork and other content you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you, to enforce these terms and to comply with the law. We will not sell, license or distribute your music without your explicit consent.
4. AI-generated content
We use AI to create content for you, such as transcribed lyrics and marketing plans. You can review and edit it, and you decide what to publish. You are responsible for what you publish. We make no warranty that AI-created content is accurate, original or fit for any purpose.
5. Contacting people
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when you contact anyone through the service, including, but not limited to, laws on marketing messages and consent.
6. Acceptable use
We provide the service so you can share your music and your work as an artist with a wider audience. It is not for advertising or promoting unrelated materials. You must comply with all applicable laws when you use the service. So must everything you post, upload, link to or send through it.
Without limiting that, you may not use the service for, or post, upload, link to or send, any of the following:
- Sexual images or videos of any kind
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18
- Intimate images of a person shared without their consent, including, but not limited to, images made or changed with AI
- Offers of illegal goods or services, including, but not limited to, drugs, weapons or trafficking
- Scams, including, but not limited to, selling tickets, bookings or items you cannot deliver
- Content that impersonates another person, artist or brand in a way that misleads people
- Another person's name, words or likeness published without their permission, including, but not limited to, their photo, voice or video
- Links or files that steal information or harm devices
- Threats or harassment, or content that attacks people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity
- Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism
- Content that encourages suicide or self-harm
- Content you do not own or have the right to use
- Messages to people who have not agreed to receive them
- Reverse-engineering, scraping or abusing the service, including, but not limited to, using it to harm others
- Misusing reporting or appeals, including, but not limited to, sending false or groundless reports
- Anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate for the service, such as, but not limited to, content or conduct that is harmful or misleading, or that exposes other people or us to legal risk
You may not share your account or your sign-in details with anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, including, but not limited to, your password and any other account you use to sign in. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us right away.
If you break these rules, we may, at our discretion, take any action we consider appropriate, including, but not limited to, removing content, disabling features on your account, or suspending or closing your account. You will not receive a refund of any payments you have made, unless the law requires one. When the law requires it, we report illegal content to the authorities and to other organizations the law names.
If you see content on the service that you believe breaks these terms or the law, you can report it to us at artistflock.com/report. That page explains how we handle reports, including requests to remove intimate images shared without consent. If we act on your content or your account, we tell you why, unless the law or a risk of harm prevents it, and you can ask us to look again using the form in our notice to you. Clause 7 says what you can do about a copyright notice.
7. Copyright
You are responsible for holding the rights to everything you upload or use through the service, including music, artwork, lyrics and images. We host that content; we do not own it. If we receive a notice that content you uploaded infringes someone's copyright, we may remove it or block access to it. We tell you when we do, and we give you the notice, including the name and contact details of the person who sent it. If you believe we removed the content by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice using the form in our notice to you. We give your counter-notice, including your name and contact details, to the person who sent the notice. We may then put the content back, unless that person tells us they have started a court case. We may also suspend or close your account, and we close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. Send notices of claimed infringement through the report form at artistflock.com/report, or to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Tikna Entertainment, LLC, 8116 NE 155th St, Kenmore, WA 98028; phone (253) 239-5685; [email protected].
8. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time, unless we have suspended or closed it. When you do, we remove your sign-in and stop showing your pages right away. To ask us to erase your stored content, email [email protected]. We will erase it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep and what we need to deal with a report, a dispute or a legal claim.
9. No warranty
We provide the service "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove features.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including, but not limited to, lost revenue, lost data or missed streaming opportunities.
11. Governing law
The laws of the State of Washington, United States, govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Visitors
This clause applies to anyone who uses the service without an account, including anyone who visits any of its pages. In it, "you" means that person. You may use the service only for its intended purposes, such as discovering artists and their work and connecting with them. You must comply with all applicable laws when you do.
Without limiting that, you may not misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Signing up another person without their permission, or giving false details
- Sending spam, threats or harassment
- Scraping, copying in bulk or overloading the service
- Sending false or groundless reports or appeals
Material published on the service belongs to its respective owners, such as the artists who publish it and us. Copyright and other laws protect it. You may not copy, reuse or distribute it unless the law or its owner allows you to.
If you misuse the service, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including, but not limited to, blocking your access or removing what you sent.
13. Paying
Our Billing, cancellation and refunds policy sets out the prices, renewal, canceling, refunds and offers for anything you buy from us. It forms part of these terms.
You must be 18 or older to buy anything from us.
When you buy, you authorize us, or the company that sells to you at checkout, to charge your payment method for it. For a membership, that includes each renewal until you cancel. If you turn on automatic top-ups, it also includes the top-ups our Billing, cancellation and refunds policy describes.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page. It applies from the date shown at the top of this page, or from when we post it here, if that is later. If you keep using the service after that, you agree to the new version. If you do not agree to it, you must stop using the service.
