Billing, cancellation and refunds

Effective: October 22, 2026

This policy applies to anything you buy from ArtistFlock. It forms part of our Terms of Service. In it, "you" means the person buying.

1. Who you pay

Tikna Entertainment, LLC, 8116 NE 155th St, Kenmore, WA 98028, United States, provides ArtistFlock.

  • In the United States, you buy from Tikna Entertainment, LLC. Our name appears on your receipt and card statement, and we collect any sales tax that applies.
  • Outside the United States, you buy from Link, our checkout provider. Link charges you, collects any sales tax or VAT for your country, and is the name on your receipt and card statement. At link.com you can see your orders, update your payment method and cancel a membership.

Wherever you are, you can manage your membership from Billing in your account.

Your card details go to the company that processes the payment. We never receive your full card number.

2. What we sell and where

We sell memberships, paid monthly or yearly, and one-time purchases. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and in your account. Prices in your currency may be shown at checkout, and you may choose to pay in US dollars or your local currency. Any sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout.

You must be 18 or older to buy.

We sell in most countries, but not where US sanctions law or our checkout provider does not allow it.

We have not launched in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland yet, so we do not sell there for now.

3. Renewal and changes

A membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year, counted from the day you start or restart your membership, until you cancel. We email you before a yearly membership renews.

What a membership includes, such as emails you send to your fans and marketing plans, belongs to the month or year it comes with and does not carry over. Emails sent to fans count as one. Incoming inquiries don’t count.

You can change your membership at any time from Billing in your account. Billing shows when the change takes effect, and what you pay, before you confirm.

  • A paid membership you move to from Free starts the day you pay.
  • Any other change takes effect at the start of your next month. You keep your current membership until then. We do not prorate the change.
  • If you leave a yearly membership before its year ends, we refund you as section 5 describes.

4. Canceling

You can cancel a membership at any time from Billing in your account.

  • A monthly membership stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • If you cancel a yearly membership, we refund you now, as section 5 describes. It stays active until the end of the current month of your year, and you are not charged again.

When a membership ends, your account returns to Free. Your site and what is on it stay, including your inquiries, fan list, past releases and the custom sections you added. Unused emails, including top-ups, end with the month.

5. Refunds

Yearly memberships

If you cancel a yearly membership, or change from it before its year ends, we refund what you paid, less the greater of:

  • the monthly price of the same membership for each month started, or
  • each marketing plan made in the year, at the price an account on Free pays, not counting a plan we put back on your account.

If that is more than you paid, there is no refund, and we never charge you the difference.

Billing shows the exact refund before you confirm.

Monthly memberships

We do not refund a month that has started.

One-time purchases

A top-up covers the month you buy it. If a marketing plan you paid for runs into a problem, we fix it or put it back on your account to use on a later release.

Mistakes

If a charge looks wrong, or something you bought does not work as described, email [email protected]. We will put it right, with a refund where that is the fix. Refunds go back to the payment method you used and include any tax you paid. If you bought through Link, you can also ask Link support for a refund.

We always give refunds the law requires, whatever this policy says.

6. Offers and codes

  • Half price on your first marketing plan. We apply it automatically to the first marketing plan you buy while your account is on Free or Standard, once per account. It does not expire.
  • Codes. A code gives you something free or for less, such as a period of a membership or money off a marketing plan. Each code shows its conditions, such as what it gives, who may use it and when it expires. To use a code, you must meet its conditions. If you do not use it before it expires, it ends. A code never leads to a charge. To keep a membership after a code's period ends, you buy it.
  • Each code can be used once per account, unless its conditions say otherwise. Some codes can be used only a limited number of times.
  • One offer per purchase. If two apply, we use the better one, and checkout shows which.
  • Offers and codes apply only to your own account. We may stop an offer or code for new use at any time. One you have already used keeps its terms.

7. Automatic top-ups

When you schedule an email to your fans, you can turn on automatic top-ups for that send, with a spending limit.

If you do, you authorize us, or Link if you buy through Link, to charge you for the top-ups the send needs when it goes out, up to that limit.

  • We charge only if you do not have enough emails left when the send goes out.
  • We add as many top-ups as the send needs, at the top-up price at that time.
  • If the send needs more than your limit, we charge nothing and hold the send.

Canceling the send before it goes out cancels its top-ups.

8. Questions about a charge

Write to [email protected] or call (253) 239-5685 with the date and amount. If you bought through Link, you can also take questions about the payment itself to Link support. Please contact one of us before disputing a charge with your bank. It is usually the fastest way to sort it out.

9. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version here. It applies from the date shown at the top, or from when we post it, if that is later.

A price change for a membership you already pay for applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it does.
