Do you charge a commission on bookings?
No. Bookings are commission-free on Free and every membership. Clients write to you directly, and you agree the terms with them.
Do I need to release music to use it?
No. Actors, dancers, comedians, magicians, DJs, wedding bands and recording studios use the booking page and fan list to get booked and stay close to their fans. The marketing plan is there for when you release.
What is a marketing plan?
A custom plan for one release. Our AI works from the recording itself, then fits 90+ tasks to the time you have before release. Every task comes ready to use, with social media video ideas, captions, posts, fan emails and editorial pitches tailored to your release. You review and edit it, and you decide what to publish. A Single is one track, an EP is 2 to 6 and an Album is 7 or more.
What do you use AI for?
We use AI to transcribe your lyrics and to write your marketing plans: the tasks, social media video ideas, captions, fan emails and editorial pitches. You review and edit everything it writes, and you decide what to publish.
Do you train AI on my music?
No. We don’t use the music, artwork, lyrics or other content you upload to train our models; we use it only to provide the service to you. We may learn from how you use the service, such as the edits you make to a plan, to improve the plans we write. See the Privacy Policy.
Who owns my music?
You do. You keep ownership of the music, artwork and other content you upload. We sell, license or distribute your music only with your explicit consent. See the Terms of Service.
What happens to my fan list?
Fans sign up on your page, and you can export the list whenever your account is in good standing. We use your fans’ details only to run your fan list and deliver the emails you send, and we never sell them.
What happens to my site if I move back to Free?
It stays. Your site, inquiries, fan list and past releases are free for as long as you use ArtistFlock.
Is it available worldwide?
Not yet in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. ArtistFlock isn’t open to new sites or purchases there yet. Elsewhere, you can buy memberships and one-time purchases in most countries. Prices are in US dollars, and checkout adds any sales tax or VAT for your country.
