Privacy Policy

Effective: October 21, 2026

1. What we collect

If you are an artist

  • Account and contact information, such as your name, email address and how you sign in.
  • Content you add, such as music, artwork, release details, testimonials and the marketing plans made for you.
  • Purchase information, such as what you bought and when.
  • Usage information, such as the features you use.

If you are a visitor

  • Contact information, such as your name and email address, if you sign up to an artist's list, or contact an artist or us.
  • What you send, such as your message and any details you submit in a form.
  • Your approximate location, worked out from your IP address.
  • Usage information, such as the pages you view and when you subscribed or unsubscribed.

2. Who receives it

  • The artist whose page you sign up on or contact.
  • The other person in a copyright complaint. If you send us a copyright notice or a counter-notice, we pass it on with your name and contact details.
  • Companies that provide services to us, such as sign-in, hosting, payment processing, email delivery and AI processing.
  • If you buy from outside the United States, the company that sells to you at checkout, under its own privacy policy.
  • Another company that hosts media shown on an artist's page, such as a video, when you play it. It may collect information about your activity over time and across websites, under its own privacy policy.
  • Authorities and other organizations, when the law requires it.
  • A buyer, if we sell the business.

3. Seeing and changing your information

  • If you are an artist, you can change your profile details in Settings.
  • If you are an artist and you delete your account, we remove your sign-in and stop showing your profile and pages right away.
  • If you are a visitor on an artist's list, you can unsubscribe using the link in any email the artist sends you.
  • To ask us to erase your stored information, email [email protected]. We will erase it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep and what we need to deal with a report, a dispute or a legal claim.
  • We do not sell your information. To ask us never to sell it, email [email protected].

4. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page. It applies from the date shown at the top of this page, or from when we post it here, if that is later.

5. Tracking across other websites

We do not track you across other websites. When your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not run analytics on your visit.

6. Improving the service

If you are an artist, we may use how you use the service — for example, the changes you make to a marketing plan and how long activities take — to improve the marketing plans we provide. We may also use it to train our models, for example to match suggested emails to your own writing style. We do not use the music, artwork, lyrics or other content you upload to train our models. We use that content only to provide the service to you, to enforce our terms and to comply with the law.
